The programme will have key representations from Ministry of North East Region, North Eastern Council, State Governments of North East, Civil society organisations, academic institutions, media and others. North East MPs Forum is being specially invited. Other partners involve Dept. of IT (Govt. of India), NIXI, UNESCO, Media Lab Asia, DoEACC, CDAC, Intel, TCS, Core and others.
