Since 2010, the eNorth East Forum has been holding multi-stakeholder consultations, deliberations, debates, discussions around critical and emerging issues pertaining to ICT for development and Internet for governance in the region. The issues and discussions have led to stakeholders’ engagement, networking to enable inclusive, sustainable ICT and Internet for development across all the eight States of the landlocked and largely tribal community region.
